The design package You select at your consultation will determine which of the following offerings are included in your design experience. Rooms that require renovation or furniture a part from small accent pieces may not qualify for this package or may be subject to additional fees to cover furniture or labor costs. In most cases, yes. However, we leave this up to our design team to determine which services, design drawings, or presentation images are necessary in conveying our design proposal to you. If any portion of our design package is deemed unnecessary, we will let you know so there are no surprises.

Yes and no. We charge MSRP plus 30% on all products to cover the cost of tax plus shipping, receiving, inspection, storage, and install costs in order to create the full luxury experience our clients crave.

The design process itself is actually fairly quick depending on how many spaces are involved. Single spaces can be designed in just a couple of weeks, whereas multiple spaces or whole homes can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. White Glove clients can expect furniture to take an additional 2-6 months depending on product availability.

We partner with trade vendors to create an affordable luxury experience. Those partners offer anywhere from 10-50% off of MSRP. When we purchase products on your behalf our profit is built into those purchases, allowing us to create a luxury design experience for you at no extra cost than if you were to purchase those products on your own. Meaning, you get a custom created space designed for your family’s unique tastes and needs at no additional investment, all the while saving you lots of time and potential mistakes and ensuring a beautiful space in the end.

Yes! We love to schedule our installs around our client’s vacation schedules to make for an exciting return home. It’s every bit as thrilling as you can imagine and we love getting to spoil our clients with the full luxury experience their crave.

LiDAR is an acronym for “Light Detection and Ranging,” and uses lasers to measure the distance, shape, and orientation of three-dimensional objects. Whenever we deem necessary, especially for larger scale projects, we use this technology to capture and create an exceptionally accurate scan of your space.
