Why We Design the Room Before We Build It

A 3D rendering is more than a beautiful picture of what’s to come. It’s one of the most valuable communication tools in the interior design process. There’s a reason we begin every Studio Meadow project by building the space in 3D. A picture really does say a thousand words. We can describe a design in extraordinary detail. We can provide floor plans, show material samples, specify furniture and lighting, and talk through every decision individually. But without seeing those pieces together, everyone involved is still creating their own version of the finished space in their mind.
